My Online Store
My online store is no longer available through my own website.  I will sell items on artfire.com.  Through their
systems, I apply the following rules regarding shipping, returns, warranties, and privacy.  You can contact me
for items you see in pictures on my website.

Shipping
I will ship merchandise anywhere in the United States. We are unable to handle international orders at this time.

Our primary shipping method is Priority Mail via the US Postal Service. Orders less than $25 can be shipped
via First Class Mail. We reserve the right to change the shipping method, to choose the most cost effective
method. Please call or email for additional shipping methods.

Shipping will occur within 2 business days for items in stock. Custom fit items will ship within 5 business days,
unless otherwise notified by email.

Shipping is based on the total cost of your order.  See the table below for shipping prices.
Up to $25 - First Class Mail   $5.50; includes insurance
Up to $50 - Priority Mail        $6.50; includes insurance and delivery confirmation
Up to $100 - Priority Mail        $6.95; includes insurance and delivery confirmation
Up to $150 - Priority Mail        $7.40; includes insurance and delivery confirmation
Up to $300 - Priority Mail        $12.85; includes insurance and delivery confirmation
$300 and up - Priority Mail        $16.95; includes insurance and delivery confirmation
Payment Methods

If you are interested in purchasing anything on this site, you may do so by adding the item to your shopping
cart. We accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and PayPal for online orders.  Checkout is handled through the
PayPal website, but you do NOT have to have a PayPal account to use the checkout.  If you would like to pay
by check, please call 972-679-3035 and we will make arrangements for your order.

Return and Refund Policy

Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in new condition, in original packaging. Once
we receive the returned merchandise, we will credit you in the form of payment you made. Cash or check
payment will be refunded by check for the amount. Shipping charges will not be refunded.

Custom sized watches are returnable, however there are no returns accepted for other custom-made items.

Warranty Policy

Watch faces are guaranteed for one year, excluding batteries. Watch bands and batteries are guaranteed for
90 days. Other items are guaranteed for 90 days.

Privacy Policy

When we collect personal information from you regarding orders, we protect that information to the best of our
ability. This information is not shared with or sold to other persons or businesses. When using our checkout
feature with PayPal, it is also their policy protect your information and not use it for any other purpose, other
than to process the transaction.

Having a relationship with you as our customer, you may occasionally receive notices by mail or email from us
regarding sales or shows. If you would like to be removed from our mailing lists, please contact us by email or
phone, and we will honor your wishes.
